Once an old hosiery factory, it was long the beating heart of Groffliers’ local economy, where craftsmanship and expertise were treasures passed down with patience and expertise. Today, Le Manoir Fleuri is reborn in a new form, but with the same passion and commitment to the values of authenticity and sharing. From generation to generation, this family home has preserved its soul and character, evolving with the times while remaining true to its history.

A family story and a love at first sight
It all began in 2022, during a run-and-bike trip undertaken by the family’s parents, between Amiens and Calais. An unexpected stop in Groffliers then marked the beginning of a life project: charmed by the village’s calm and charm, they dreamed of acquiring a second home there.
A few months later, they discovered Le Manoir Fleuri. It was love at first sight. This property, steeped in history, exceeded their initial project, gradually becoming the ambition for a new professional and family chapter. After nine months of procedures, the Manor joined the family in April 2023. Since then, it has become a place of sharing and hospitality, open to those seeking a timeless escape.
